Megawatt Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to scale people processes and culture as we expand nationally. You will partner with management, field teams, and employees to provide practical HR support across the full lifecycle.

The role covers employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and HR process improvements in a fast-paced construction environment. You will drive engagement and standardize practices across projects while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced industries.
• Experience with onboarding, employee relations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, supervisors, project managers, and leadership.
• Support high-volume hiring needs for expanding projects.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
• Manage and improve the onboarding process.
• Ensure required documentation, policies, training and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding with hiring managers, payroll, and other departments.
• Manage employee separations and offboarding procedures professionally.
• Support performance management, reviews, and development plans.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Communicate HR programs and initiatives effectively to employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
