Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: evaluate performance, implement appraisals, and improve productivity.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: develop and enforce policies per labor laws at all levels.
  • Training and Development: design training programs, leadership development, succession planning.
  • Compensation and Benefits: oversee salary structures, benefits administration, rewards.
  • Strategic HR Planning: align HR with organizational goals, workforce planning.
