The Senior HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle across Megawatt Construction, Inc. This position will partner closely with management, project teams, field personnel, and employees to provide practical and responsive HR support.
The role will have significant involvement in employee relations, recruiting support, onboarding, HR compliance, performance management, workforce administration, employee engagement, and HR process improvement.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, developing better HR processes while also being willing to roll up their sleeves and handle day-to-day HR needs.
