Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Generalist Lead or HR Manager.
• Background in construction, engineering, or manufacturing preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal labor law and Texas employment law.

• Build and maintain the employee handbook and onboarding program.
• Administer compensation and benefits.
