Job summary

LP Insurance Services in Nevada is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 3+ years of HR experience to support multiple client accounts. The role covers reporting, recruiting, audits, workers’ compensation, benefits administration, investigations, and HRIS management, with opportunities to provide expert advice and implement compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices, procedures and compliance.
• Strong familiarity with Nevada labor laws (California experience preferred).
• Experience with sensitive employee relations issues.
• Familiarity with FMLA Leave Administration and ADA Accommodation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple client needs, projects, and deadlines.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with all Microsoft office programs and HRIS platforms.
• High level of time management, organization, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support regarding client issues.
• Assist with reporting, recruiting, hiring, auditing, workers' compensation insurance, benefits administration, investigations, HRIS management and more.
• No day is the same in HR consulting; participate in client meetings as needed.
• Provide excellent and professional service to clients in person and on the phone, ensuring all communication is client-focused and helpful.
• Implement and monitor legal compliance measures as documented in company policies/procedures.
