Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to manage core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and policy compliance.

The role involves maintaining employee records, handling job postings, interviews, and staffing changes, plus assisting with benefits and open enrollment. Strong communication, organizational, and HR law knowledge are essential.

Responsabilités

• Maintains employee records and accuracy of details (contact info, job class, pay, org structure).
• Maintains active job postings and applications; manages postings.
• Reviews applications for entry-level/non-exempt; schedules interviews.
• Handles staffing-related administrative/recordkeeping tasks (resignations, terminations, leaves).
• Assists with benefits administration and change notices to insurers/brokers.
• Plans open enrollment, new hire orientation, and retirement/benefits meetings.
• Performs/assists with audits and reports (I-9, EEO-1, compliance).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
