Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Knowledge of Nevada labor laws (California experience preferred).
• Experience with HRIS management and Microsoft Office.
• Strong confidentiality and HR knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance to clients on HR projects.
• Assist with reporting, recruiting, hiring, auditing, and benefits administration.
• Support workers’ compensation, investigations, and HRIS management.
• Participate in client meetings and deliver training sessions.
• Ensure compliant HR practices across client accounts.
