Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of HR experience or a Master's degree with two years in the field.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Strong HRIS technology skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and mature business judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Class D driver's license required and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, unemployment hearings, leave processes, disciplinary matters, investigations, and performance management.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement HR policies and initiatives to support compliance and strategy.
• Administer HR policies for personnel and increase engagement through site visits and driver ride-alongs.
• Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, claims resolution, and communications.
• Oversee leave administration including FMLA and LOA using HR systems.
• Provide coaching on discipline, terminations, conflicts, transfers, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies and analyze trends.
• Administer and monitor performance evaluation programs and address performance concerns.
• Support safety and HR policy administration, including PPE and Uniform Programs.
• Lead community outreach to boost Benore’s brand in local events.
