Job summary

US1411 SOTF, LLC seeks an HR Generalist to support HRBP initiatives and execute local talent programs. You will help attract, develop, and engage associates to achieve business goals.

You will coordinate onboarding, manage payroll-related activities, and ensure policy compliance while providing coaching to managers and staff. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred and 2–5 years of HR experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred; experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes and programs.
• Coordinate and conduct new associate orientation and onboarding.
• Support unemployment claims, leave administration, and OSHA reporting.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and comply with laws and policies.
• Provide coaching to associates and managers on policy and procedures.
