Job summary

EnerSys is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver commercially focused, best-practice HR solutions to a diverse client group based across the UK. You will support organizational development, well-being, resourcing and learning, while ensuring consistency with policy, absence management and reward programs.

You will coach managers, develop HR strategies, analyze labour market trends and coordinate payroll and data governance.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education and CIPD level 7 in progress or equivalent.
• Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role.
• Experience with change management and employee relations.
• Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in project management and data analysis.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and travel as required.
• Experience using HR systems and data maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive engagement through people initiatives aligned to business objectives.
• Coach managers on policy and operational issues and create action plans.
• Develop HR strategies and people plans.
• Analyze labour market trends and HR metrics.
• Coordinate UK payroll provision and ensure compliance.
• Maintain HR systems and manage data requests in GDPR scope.
• Support UK reward, recognition and benefits systems.
• Liaise with employee relations groups to maintain a positive climate.
• Contribute to HR change programmes and best practice sharing.
• Travel across UK sites as required.
