Job summary

Goldwater Care is seeking an Human Resources/Business Office Manager to oversee HR operations, payroll, and finance tasks in a nursing care facility. You will ensure compliance with laws and facility policies while supporting daily accounting activities under supervision of the Administrator.

The role requires handling recruitment, onboarding, records, invoicing, and financial reporting with focus on accuracy and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR Administration.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Financial Coordination.
• Thorough knowledge of laws and guidelines for personnel administration in nursing care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, facility policies, and procedures.
• Conduct background checks and employee orientation.
• Provide employee counseling and disciplinary support as needed.
• Assist with workforce planning and standardization of HR processes.
• Process and route invoices for approval and resolve vendor billing issues.
• Maintain resident financial records and monitor accounts receivable.
• Assist with account reconciliation and monthly financial reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
