Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting functions of the facility.
• Implement policies and procedures governing accounting functions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheet and income/expense reports.
• Balance accounts receivable and report delinquent accounts.
• Process and forward invoices for payment approval.
• Reconcile bank statements as directed.
• Prepare and mail statements and assist in financial reporting.
