Qualifications

• High School diploma and 5 years HR experience including 3+ years in benefits and payroll.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, or Paylocity is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and HRIS systems are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR files, I-9 records, background screenings, and offboarding processes.
• Approve employee self-service changes and document payroll changes.
• Assist with compliance reporting and process improvement initiatives.
