Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health admin or business preferred.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily staff meetings during inspections and plan actions.
• Assist in recruitment and selection of department directors and staff.
• Review safety, financial statements, and resident rights; address issues.
