Job summary

Goldwater Care is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure quality care for residents in accordance with federal and local standards. The role focuses on directing programs, implementing policies, and maintaining safe, compliant environments.

The administrator will collaborate with department heads, lead corrective action plans, and uphold high standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities per guidelines.
• Assist department directors in developing policies and professional standards of practice.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies by staff, residents, visitors, and the public.
• Conduct daily meetings with staff during inspections to discuss findings and action plans.
• Develop correction plans for cited deficiencies with monitoring timetables.
