Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Executive Assistant in Warroad, MN to provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Human Resources and the HR Leadership Team. This role drives calendar, travel, communications, and project coordination while safeguarding highly confidential information.

You’ll partner across HR and business stakeholders to ensure timely decisions and successful execution of priorities, bringing discretion, judgment, and strong MS 365 skills to the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in executive administration, project coordination, operations, HR, or related fields.
• Human-centered approach to people and work; cultural fit with Marvin’s values.
• Experience coordinating projects across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the Head of Human Resources and HR Leadership Team.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, meetings and administrative logistics.
• Track commitments and deliverables across HR Leadership Team.
• Support change management and communication planning for major initiatives.
