Marvin is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level support to the Senior Director of Marketing. You’ll manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, presentations, correspondence, and meeting logistics while helping advance key marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of senior executive-level administrative support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication; discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for the Senior Director of Marketing.
• Plan meetings and travel, including agendas and materials.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Process expenses and PTO requests for the marketing leadership.
• Support key marketing initiatives and track action items.
