Job summary

Marvin is seeking an HR Coordinator in Warroad, MN to provide reliable HR service delivery and administrative support. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, HRIS updates, documentation, scheduling, and employee inquiries in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You will partner with People Operations and HR leadership to ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and timely responses, while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative, coordination, customer service, HR, or employee-facing support.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and data changes.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to provide responsive support in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to escalate when a request requires policy interpretation or risk review.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR questions and process requests.
• Help employees and leaders navigate HR processes, forms, resources, and next steps.
• Respond to routine HR questions related to processes, pay, benefits, leaves, onboarding, and data changes.
• Route questions to People Operations, HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, or others when needed.
• Provide visible HR support at front desk or workstations and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and offboarding activities with partners as needed.
• Maintain HRIS entries and ensure accurate employee data and records.
