Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization, or Labor Relations.
• Five or more years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Active affiliation with HR networks and ongoing community involvement preferred.
• Broad knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, development, employee relations, safety, and training.
