Job summary

Duties and responsibilities

• The Human Resources Director coordinates with the Legal Department for implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

Job Description

• The Human Resources Director oversees or assists in the following areas:

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization, Labor Relations
• Five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
• Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred
• Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development

Knowledge & Job Skills

• Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HRIS, ADP
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with agility and flexibility
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
