Job summary

US MED- EQUIP LLC seeks an experienced HR Director to lead all people functions and serve as a strategic partner to the executive team. This executive role combines strategy with hands-on leadership in employee relations, policy development and key hires.

The Director will set HR strategy, manage a team, and partner with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy, benefits, and compliance across multiple sites. Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Generalist HR experience across recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations and compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment law.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Advise CFO and leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead and coach the HR team; manage the department budget.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding; partner with hiring managers on headcount plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws; maintain policies and employee handbook.
