Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of HR leadership experience overseeing all HR functions
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to HR staff
• Plan coaching and guidance to individuals on organizational processes and procedures
• Analyze compensation rates to ensure local labor market competitiveness
• Conduct employee relations investigations if complaints arise, and follow up with appropriate corrective actions
• Provide leadership for worker’s compensation claims through closure
• Communicate updates to company policies and procedures to all associates
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor regulations
• Monitor position openings and lead hiring process
• Manage relationship with temporary agencies and assess proper staffing levels, performance management, and local labor pay issues
• Lead new hire and payroll processes as necessary
• Work with the Leadership team to share information, resolve problems, and conduct coaching as necessary
• Approve various HR related expenses including temporary agencies, uniform, and benefit invoices
• Manage FMLA and Leave of Absence processes and procedures
• Lead the HR operating budget process and manage monthly variance
• Responsible for Employee Handbook, personnel files, and legally mandated updates
• Execute annual social compliance customer audits
• Other duties as assigned
