Job summary

Multifab, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, ensure legal compliance, and support workforce planning and employee development. The role partners with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and to foster a productive, compliant workplace.

The position oversees recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and training, while ensuring effective leave programs, performance management, and compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR management experience with strategic, talent development experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily HR operations, departmental priorities, and service delivery.
• Recruits, trains, supervises, and develops HR personnel.
• Establishes departmental goals, assigns responsibilities, and conducts performance evaluations.
• Develops, implements, and maintains HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Advises managers on performance management, discipline, and employee relations.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manages leave programs, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes.
• Supports employee development and leadership initiatives.
• Promotes employee engagement and a respectful workplace culture.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
