Job summary

The Hospeco Brands Group is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and partner with senior leaders across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites. This hands-on HR role blends strategic design with day-to-day execution to advance workforce capability, align with business goals, and strengthen our people practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience including leadership responsibility.
• Hands-on HR leader with broad functional responsibility across ER, talent management, compliance, compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and influence business decisions.
• Experience supporting a multi-site manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Experience developing and standardizing HR policies, processes, programs across locations.
• HRIS, payroll, benefits administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to senior leaders and managers across the organization.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Support change management initiatives including growth, restructuring, and integration efforts.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and company values.
• Oversee recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, and leadership roles; monitor metrics for efficiency.
• Guide leaders on employee relations matters, investigations, and performance issues.
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and development.
