Job summary

Hollman, Inc. seeks an experienced, hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function and advise executive leadership.

The role focuses on building a high-performing HR team, maintaining compliance, and providing strategic guidance across manufacturing operations and the organization. The successful candidate will partner with leaders on workforce planning, policy development, performance management, and employee relations while coaching managers and ensuring consistent HR practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 7–10+ years HR leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/operations HR.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR function, develop team, and set policies across the organization.
• Partner with executive leadership on structure, planning, and employee relations.
• Oversee compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Manage recruiting, payroll, benefits, and leave administration for manufacturing and leadership roles.
