H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Director of HR to drive strategic talent initiatives and oversee HR operations across multiple sites. This leadership role requires shaping workforce strategies, coaching executives, and aligning HR with business goals.

You will manage leave programs, compliance, and HR governance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The position offers true hybrid flexibility with regular in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role.
• Experience overseeing a team of HR professionals.
• Experience leading strategic HR initiatives and company-wide programs.
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation and employee investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR vision across multiple sites.
• Lead executive coaching and leadership development for management.
• Direct enterprise-wide leave programs and ADA/workers’ comp coordination.
• Develop governance, policies and SOPs to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Lead HR analytics, workforce metrics, and cross-functional initiatives.
