Job summary

Strategic Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to serve as a trusted resource to leadership and to drive a positive, organized, and people-focused employee experience. This hands-on leader will manage day-to-day HR operations, support employees and managers, and strengthen culture as the company grows.

The role covers employee relations, performance management, retention, compliance, and overall HR strategy, with a strong emphasis on recruiting and workforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience.
• Prior HR management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and employment compliance.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership, managers, and employees.
• Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace concerns.
• Coach managers on performance, conflict, and development.
• Coordinate performance management processes and feedback.
• Maintain HR policies and employee handbook updates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Oversee benefits administration and assist employees with questions.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Maintain confidential HR records and participate in workforce planning.
• Participate in recruiting efforts and partner on hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external recruiting partners when needed.
• Oversee onboarding for new staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and communications.
