Job summary

Central State Community Services Oklahoma, Inc. is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the Executive HR team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role oversees all HR operations, staff supervision, and compliance with audits, compensation, benefits, and policies.

The Director reports to the COO, ensures timely HR processes, fosters employee development, and maintains records across HR functions. The position requires a four-year degree in HR, 4+ years of management experience, and HR certification

Qualifications

• Completion of a four-year degree in human resources and/or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience in human resources management.
• Familiarity with not-for-profits and government contracts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• The primary duty is managing and directing operations and personnel in the Human Resources Department.
• Direct supervision of 2+ full-time employees and support to outlying offices.
• Interview, hire and train HR staff; oversee and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate and oversee investigations and complaints related to bullying and harassment; recommend action to COO.
