Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of HR technology and/or operations experience with HRIS, compliance, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own HR systems integration and automation projects to scale talent infrastructure.
• Create processes, policies, and workflows aligning with business needs and operational excellence.
• Build intelligence from people data and prepare dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive the systems roadmap to increase rigor of operations and reporting.
• Manage compliance tracking and reporting with the team; ensure system updates and feature rollouts.
