Central State Community Services Oklahoma, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resource Director to lead the HR Department and coordinate all personnel activities. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

The Director will supervise multiple HR staff, develop training, manage investigations, oversee payroll and benefits, and participate in annual audits to maintain a high standard of HR operations.

Qualifications

• Completion of a four-year degree in human resources &/or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of 4 year of management experience in human resources management is required.
• HR certification (SHRM, SCP, CP, SPHR, PHR, etc.) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct operations and personnel in the HR Department.
• Supervise 2+ FTE and assist offices with supervision of Office Support Professionals.
• Develop and oversee a character recognition program carried out by HR staff.
• Interview, hire, and train HR staff; oversee performance evaluations and staff development.
• Oversee audits (QA, financial, workers’ compensation, 401K and others) and OSHA logs.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and benefits administration.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and assist in routine audits.
