Responsibilities

• Create and track HR, payroll, and benefits data.
• Support employee relations, communications, and advocacy programs.
• Participate in hospital management activities and represent the organization externally.
• Ensure accurate benefits status notifications and enrollment processes.
• Provide references and employment verification per procedure and regulations.
