Qualifications

7+ years HR leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead HR team across employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, workforce planning, and employee development.
Establish departmental priorities and ensure accountability for performance and service delivery.
Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives, workforce needs, and organizational growth.
Serve as a key advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
