Job summary

Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma (CCEOK) seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead strategy and operations for the HR function, ensuring alignment with Catholic mission and employment practices across the organization.

The role partners with executive leadership to foster a respectful workplace, develop talent, manage employee relations, and maintain compliance while guiding cultural and spiritual identity within the workforce.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressively responsible human resources experience, including significant HR leadership.
• Experience advising senior leaders, developing HR policies and practices, and supporting a multi-site or ministry-based organization.

Responsibilities

• Set HR strategy and ensure execution of HR operations in alignment with Catholic mission.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational structure design, and reporting relationships.
• Develop and monitor workforce data, metrics, and engagement initiatives to drive improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave, payroll, HRIS, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and risk management.
• Direct leadership development, employee engagement, and retention programs.
