Job summary

ERI At Home, based in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Human Resources Director to lead HR and administrative strategy on-site. You will direct recruiting, employee relations, and HR compliance while guiding the administrative services staff across the organization.

You will manage policy development, staffing plans, and HRIS usage, partnering with leadership to achieve talent goals and ensure regulatory compliance. SHRM credentials are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of human resource management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training for staff across HR and Administrative departments.
• Direct the daily workflow of the department and ensure execution of HR priorities.
• Provide timely performance evaluations and manage discipline and termination per policy.
• Supervise development of employee training and recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
