Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an HR Director to partner with leadership and employees across the organization, delivering hands‑on support for the full employee lifecycle.

The role focuses on employee relations, HR administration, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and data reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of generalist HR experience, excellent communication, and a track record of maintaining confidentiality in a proactive, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong HR Generalist with broad HR functions.
• Experience in employee relations and communication.
• Hands-on HR environment experience.
• Experience with a major HRIS system.
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables & VLOOKUP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with leadership.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers.
• Manage employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employment matters.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, changes, and documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer and maintain the organization’s HRIS and data.
• Partner with leadership on HR policies, procedures, and engagement.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees as needed.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
• Prepare HR reports and employee data using Excel.
• Assist with benefits administration and other HR programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR responsibilities in a hands‑on, collaborative environment.
