Job summary

JK Executive Strategies, LLC is actively seeking a Human Resources Director to lead HR across the organization. You will partner with the CEO and leadership to implement people strategies, ensure compliance, and drive a high-performance culture.

The role encompasses strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll oversight, and performance management. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding investigations, policy development, and benefits/program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 4+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters and investigations.
• Experience overseeing payroll and benefits administration.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Oversee employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration; analyze compensation trends.
• Coach and develop HR staff and provide training coordination.
