Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role within a staffing agency.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and staffing industry regulations.
• Experience building external partnerships for talent sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions for staff and placed candidates.
• Ensure compliance with federal and local employment laws.
• Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies.
