Amcor is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director of Operations to lead HR for five plant locations and the corporate function across AFNA. You will partner with operations leaders to drive people strategies, performance management, and employee relations while aligning with business goals and Amcor values.

You will coach HR Business Partners, implement talent reviews, and manage change initiatives, including labor relations and compliance, with travel up to 50% within North America.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resource experience.
• Multi-plant HR experience.
• Employee and Labor relations experience, including union-free exposure.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building with a collaborative style.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex business problems with viable solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within North America.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for all HR activities in assigned plant locations and functions.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership, commercial organization, and central functions to drive human capital initiatives.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, and employee engagement actions.
• Support talent acquisition and ensure top talent for open positions.
• Guide leaders on employee relations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and mentor a large team of HR Business Partners.
• Assist with workforce planning, organizational redesign, promotions, and succession planning.
