Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Human Resources Director of Operations to lead HR for five plant locations and supporting functions. You will partner with manufacturing leaders to drive talent initiatives, performance management, and labor relations while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

As a strategic HR partner, you will coach leaders, develop programs, and guide workforce planning, organizational redesign, and succession planning to support Amcor’s operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resource experience with multi-plant exposure.
• Labor relations experience and knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all HR activities in assigned plant locations and functions.
• Partner with leaders to drive talent initiatives and improve performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a large team of HR Business Partners.
• Ensure alignment with business needs in HR programs and compliance.
