The Director will partner with department managers to cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with Amcor values, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of injection molding manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading a progressive manufacturing facility.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.

• Strong planning and organizing abilities.
