Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Florida is seeking an experienced HR Director to plan, lead, and coordinate the human resources function for the organization.

You will drive staffing strategies, develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee compensation, benefits, and employee relations, while guiding leadership and talent development.

This leadership role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years of HR management, with SHRM credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least three years of human resource management experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HR policies, processes, training, and surveys.
• Ensure legal compliance across federal, state, and local laws.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
• Drive staffing and recruiting strategies and talent development.
• Analyze HR metrics using HRIS and reporting systems.
• Develop and manage the HR department budget.
• Coach and develop HR staff through training and certifications.
