Responsibilities

• Partner with Principal HR Business Partner and leaders to understand workforce and organizational needs and develop practical HR recommendations.
• Consult on organizational design, job design, workforce planning, talent management and retention.
• Analyze workforce data, evaluate options and present balanced recommendations aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Coordinate and support HR programs and initiatives across teams with compliant execution.
• Build trusted relationships and communicate sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
