Responsibilities include talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and change management while ensuring compliant HR practices and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or related HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with employee relations, talent management, leadership development, performance management, and org design.
• Experience in regulated industries and ability to use HR tech, analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Guide workforce planning, org design, performance management, and employee relations.
