Day One responsibilities include building new business, managing client relationships, and leading strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or related role in employee benefits/insurance preferred.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach.
• Build relationships with clients by understanding goals and benefits objectives.
• Lead discovery meetings and develop strategic benefits plans.
• Present benefits strategy and drive consensus with clients.
• Manage pipeline and client transitions with account teams.
