You will lead leadership programs, blend technology with learning, and deliver engaging training across modalities. The role requires 3+ years of leadership curriculum experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid Omaha office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in development and facilitating curriculum for leaders and company culture.
• Strong oral and written communication, along with interpersonal skills to work both in a team and independently.
• Experience presenting to leadership; strong analytical, detail orientation, problem-solving and diplomacy.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and meet strict deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset, openness to diverse ideas, curious and engaged.
• Hybrid work capability at the Omaha, NE office.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Curriculum Evaluation and Evolution: assess and enhance leadership and culture curriculum.
• Technology-Infused Learning: craft modern training content blending print and digital tools.
• Training Magic: bring learning to life through role-plays, simulations, team exercises and online modules.
• Change Management Ally: partner with operations to align training with new practices.
