Southland Industries is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who can work closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into integrated workforce and talent strategies. You will drive leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness while partnering with HR specialists to deliver practical solutions across corporate and field operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with increasing scope and business partnership responsibility.
• Minimum of 4 years dedicated HR Business Partner experience advising senior leaders.
• Experience supporting non-CBA and unionized environments strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen, data-informed decision making, and strategic advisory skills.

• Advise on organization design, leadership development, succession, and performance management.
