Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR programs for the site and regional teams. You will consult with leaders on people leadership, ensure fair treatment, and drive talent initiatives while coordinating with Centers of Excellence.

Travel to multiple facilities is expected as you partner with COE teams, manage labor relations for hourly employees, and deliver change management across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations.
• Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations, and labor unions.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs for site(s) and region(s) and act as a change agent.
• Consult with leaders on people leadership and labor relations, ensuring fair treatment.
• Partner with COE teams to ensure policy compliance and HR systems alignment.
• Support Talent Acquisition in posting accuracy and internal transfers.
• Apply analytics to inform proposals and executive decisions.
• Develop communication materials and manage travel to support multiple locations.
