Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and employees across multiple facilities, including Pewaukee, WI. You will coach leaders, interpret policies, and guide talent planning while driving HR programs for a growing, diverse workforce.

The role requires partnering with Compliance and Talent Acquisition, managing employee relations, and enabling organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or professional experience equivalent.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations, and consultations with labor unions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor business partners in performance management and talent development.
• Assist with development and facilitation of training initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Manage daily employee and labor relations and conduct initial investigations of complaints and policy violations.
• Partner with HR Compliance and Talent Acquisition to ensure policy compliance and accurate postings.
• Track open positions and assist in internal transfers and postings.
