Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience with responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information.
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
