Clearbrook Holdings Inc. in Chicago is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align talent and people practices with business objectives.

This onsite role partners with leaders and HR centers of excellence to deliver strategic HR solutions. The successful candidate will support employee relations, performance management, development, and compliance across locations, with a focus on organizational design and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience supporting leaders and employees in a matrixed or complex environment.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication and consulting skills.

Responsabilités

• Build partnerships with leaders and employees to support objectives and fit with talent strategies.
• Advice on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver HR programs.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Assist with change management initiatives and organizational design changes.
